Flavie Liu (b.Shanghai, CN) is a multidisciplinary artist, designer, and researcher based in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
Flavie perceives herself as an intermediary—a link and mediator between the human and more-than-human worlds. Her recent work centers around the material translation and representation of non-human agency and intelligence, and the imagination beyond that. Her creations span various mediums, including sculpture, imagery, text, and video.
Flavie holds a MA degree in Social Design from Design Academy Eindhoven, and a BFA degree in Photography and Graphic Design from California College of the Arts.
